Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Wellness For USA (wellnessforusa.com). We stand behind our products and want you to be completely satisfied. Please review this policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. General Return Guidelines

  • 30-Day Window: Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Products must be unused, in original packaging, with all accessories/manuals.

  • Authorization Required: Contact us at returns@wellnessforusa.com for a Return Authorization (RA) number before shipping.

  • Restocking Fees: Some items may incur a 10–20% restocking fee (see Section 3).

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Opened or used skincare/devices (e.g., facial steamers, massage guns).

  • Personal care items (e.g., aromatherapy oils, supplements).

  • Custom or “Just-in-Time” manufactured products.


2. How to Initiate a Return

  1. Email Us: Contact returns@wellnessforusa.com within 30 days with:

    • Your order number.

    • Product name and reason for return.

  2. Wait for Instructions: We’ll reply within 2 business days with:

    • An RA number (required on return label).

    • Designated warehouse return address (varies by product).

  3. Ship It Back: Use a trackable method (UPS, FedEx, USPS). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective/damaged.

Note: Packages without an RA number will be refused.


3. Fees & Refunds

  • Refund Timing: Processed within 5–7 business days after warehouse inspection. Allow 4–6 weeks for credit to appear on your statement.

  • Deductions Applied:

    • Restocking fees (if applicable).

    • Original shipping costs (non-refundable).

  • Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. Follow the return process and place a new order.


4. Damaged or Defective Items

  • Freight/LTL Shipments:

    • Inspect Immediately: Document damage on the delivery ticket before signing. Take photos!

    • Report Within 48 Hours: Email support@wellnessforusa.com.

  • Standard Shipments: Refuse delivery if the box is damaged. If opened, contact us within 48 hours for a replacement/refund.

Note: If you sign for a delivery without noting damage, insurance claims may be denied.


5. Order Cancellations

  • Before Shipping: Cancel via email within 1 hour of purchase (subject to warehouse processing times).

  • After Shipping: You’re responsible for outbound + return shipping costs and any restocking fees.

  • Freight Orders: Cannot be canceled once the carrier departs.


6. Lost or Misplaced Packages

Contact us immediately if tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received your order. We’ll file a claim with the carrier and reship if necessary.
